Honey Garlic Chicken

 honey go beyond its great taste  A great natural source of carbohydrates which provide strength and energy to our bodies, honey is known for its effectiveness in instantly boosting the performance.With sauces chicken become a tasty dish.This recipe is for 4-6 serving and takes 1 hour for ready.

  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Grated lemon 1.
  • Lemon zest of 1 lemon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Asian sauce 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a saucepan and  cook the honey,sugar,soy sauce,asian sauce,fish sauce,garlic paste,lemon juice,lemon zest in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Take a nonstick fry pan and cook the chicken with 2 table spoon of water on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Stir it in the mixture and cook for 12-15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
