Sweet and Sour Vegetable Salad

 This salad is easy to make and can eat as a diet food also. vegetables a as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce risk for heart disease, including heart attack and stroke. Eating a diet rich in some vegetables  as part of an overall healthy diet.It is for 3 serving.

  • Boiled potatoes in slices 2 cup.
  • Carrot in slices 1 cup.
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Tomatoes in slices 1 cup.
  • Lettuce 4.
  • Onion in slices 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 2.
  • Garlic cloves5.
  •  Red chili paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup.
  •  Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1.  For dressing fry the garlic cloves1/2 cup ,onion,red chili paste,vinegar,ketchup  in olive oil and blend them in blender.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the boiled potatoes,boiled peas,carrot,lettuce leave,tomatoes,1/2 cup onion slices,salt and black pepper powder and dressing well.
  3. Cut the eggs in slices and garnish the salad.
Serve and enjoy:-
