Peanut Cookies

  Peanuts are rich in energy (567 calories per 100 g) and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. Butter contains a lot of fat-soluble vitamins. Grass-fed butter is particularly rich in Vitamin K2, which can have powerful health benefits.This recipe will take time for ready 3 hours.

Ingredients:-
  • Creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Vanilla extract 1-1/2 table spoon.
  • Toffee bits 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Milk chocolate chips 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a mixing bowl and beat the peanut butter,egg,vanilla extract,brown sugar for 5 minutes .
  2. Add baking powder and beat until combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips and toffee.
  4. Using a medium/2 in,cookie scoop,scoop 2-3 table spoon.mounds of cookies dough and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Take the baking sheet and lined with parchment paper.
  7. Place chilled cookie dough mounds on sheet.
  8. Spacing at least 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes then transfer it on wire rack for completely cool.
  11. You can store the cookies in airtight jar for 1 week on room temperature.
