- Refine flour 2 cup.
- Sugar 2 cup.
- Butter 2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Egg 2.
- Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
- Vanilla extract.
- Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
HOW TO MAKE;-
- Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
- Add the flour,baking powder and salt in the bowl.
- Beat the eggs, vanilla and add to the bowl.
- Beat all the mixture until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 180 c.
- Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
- Put one spoon of mixture in each paper cases.
- Top with crushed almonds.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes .
- Cool in the tin for 10 minutes .
- Transfer to a rack to cook completely.
- You can add a filling to the cupcake by cutting a cone from the middle of each cake with knife..
- Fill the hole with jam,lemon,curd,cream and chocolate and pine apple,which you like.
