Ingredients:-
- Flor 2 cup.
- Yeast 2 tea spoon.
- Lukewarm milk 3/4 cup.
- Warm water 1/8 cup.
- Cooking oil for deep fry.
- Egg 1.
- Sugar 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Chocolate 1/2 cup.
- Vanilla 1 tea spoon.
- Cram 1/4 cup.
- Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
- Dissolve the yeast in water.
- Add the salt,sugar,milk,egg 2 table spoon oil, 1 cup of flour and beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape the sides and beat again for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining flour and stir well and cover with cloth and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Turn the dough onto floured surface,roll the dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut round cookie butter.
- Take a baking sheet and sprinkle over the flour.
- Place the donuts and cover with cloth and leave for 40 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the donuts each side for 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Place the donuts in a dish,when they cool make a small hole with sharp knife,
- Mix the filling ingredients and fill with chocolate,vanilla,almond and cream filling.
