Chicken Peanut Bread

  Peanuts are good sources of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. Olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, is a major component of the Mediterranean diet.This delicious bread is for 5-6 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

  • 12-14 bread pieces.
  • 2 breast chicken.
  • 2 cup water.
  • 2 egg beaten.
  • 1 tea spoon ginger,garlic paste.
  • Oil for oiling.
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Peanut 2 table spoon.


  1. Boil chicken in water by adding salt, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste.
  2. When chicken is boil shred it.
  3. Beat egg and some cornflour,salt and black pepper in it and beat well.
  4. Add the peanut and mix it.
  5. Add shredded chicken in beaten egg mixture.
  6. Spread it on the bread pieces.
  7. Take non stick pan and heat put some oil.
  8. Fry the bread pieces each side golden brown.
