Potato and Carrot Salad

Potatoes and sweet potatoes are versatile and very healthy.   • Potatoes 6-8.
  • Carrot 1 in slices .
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet green pepper 2 cut in sliced.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Pepper 1 table spoon.
  •  How to cook:-
  1. Peel the potato and cut in slices.
  2.  Boiled them in salty water.
  3. Place them in a bowl.
  4. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the hot pepper and garlic for 2 minutes.
  5. Add red and green peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in vinegar,salt and pepper until blended.
  7. Pour over warm potatoes and stir them.
  8. Transfer them in a bowl.
