- Ingredients:-
- Potatoes 6-8.
- Carrot 1 in slices .
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Sweet green pepper 2 cut in sliced.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Honey 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Pepper 1 table spoon.
- How to cook:-
- Peel the potato and cut in slices.
- Boiled them in salty water.
- Place them in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the hot pepper and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add red and green peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in vinegar,salt and pepper until blended.
- Pour over warm potatoes and stir them.
- Transfer them in a bowl.
