Potato is healthy, and is also loaded with potassium, that is an important mineral for a lot of bodily processes. Taro also includes several calcium, vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins, in addition to magnesium, manganese and copper.it helps manages blood pressure level.
Ingredients:-
- Meat 1 kg.
- Potato in 2 inch pieces 1/2 kg.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Onion 3.
- Tomatoes 3.
- Garlic paste.1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Cut the onion into slices and fry in the oil for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the meat and cook until its water dry.
- Add 1 tea spoon of salt,red pepper,1/2 tea spoon mustard powder and fry for 5 minutes,then add 1glass of water and cook until meat tender.
- Add potatoes and 2 glass of water and cook for 8 minutes on low heat after boil.
- Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
