Ingredients;-
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Refined flour 2 cup.
- Butter milk 2 cup.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 table powder.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Bason 1/2 cup.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
- Oil for deep fry.
- Cut the chicken in to 2 inch cubes.
- Marinate the chicken cubes in butter milk in a large bowl and keep t in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix refined flour,salt,red and black pepper powder,garlic powder,garam masala and bason well.
- Pure the mixture over the chicken and mix well.
- Place them in dry and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the chicken each side until golden.
