Ingredients:-
- Whole milk 1 cup.
- Heavy cream 3-1/2 cup.
- Blueberries 3 cup.
- Sugar 1 cup.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
- Chocolate chunks 1 cup.
- Dark chocolate chips into small pieces.
- Corn syrup 2 table spoon.
- Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
- Take a pan and melt the cream on medium heat and remove from the heat.
- Stir in chocolate pieces and corn syrup until it smooth.
- Leave it for cool.
- Take a pan and mix in the sugar,blueberries,salt on medium heat.
- Stir it until sugar dissolves.
- Cook it for 6-8 minutes on low heat,then remove from the heat and leave for cool for 30 minutes.
- Blend the milk,lemon juice,heavy cream in the blender for 2 minutes.
- Add the blueberries mixture and blend again.
- Chill it in refrigerator overnight.
- Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
- Swirl in dark chocolate chunks and almonds into machine during last 5 minutes of freezing.
