Ingredients;-
- Refined flour 2 cup.
- Caster sugar 1 cup.
- Icing sugar 3/4 cup.
- Cocoa powder 1/2 cup.
- Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Milk 1 cup.
- Egg 2.
- Boiling water 2 table spoon.
- Strawberries for decorate.
- Beat the 1/2 cup butter and caster sugar until pale and creamy.
- Add egg one by one and beat.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Fold in refined flour and milk.
- Divide the mixture into 2 part
- Stir 1 table spoon cocoa powder in 1 part.
- Grease the deep baking pan with butter and pour the cocoa powder mixture into the pan,then pour the other mixture over the cocoa powder mixture.
- Bake it for 45-50 minutes on 250 degree.
- Cool it on wire rack.
- Take a bowl and combine icing sugar,2 table spoon cocoa powder,2 tea spoon melted butter.
- Stir in boiling water and mix well.
- Pour over the cake.
- Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries.
