This recipe is quickly ready and it is a delicious dish .it will be ready in 15 minutes and for 2 serving.
- Steamed chines noodles 2 cup.
- Boneless chicken 1/4 kg into long slices.
- Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
- Shredded cabbage 1/2 cup.
- Shredded carrot 1/4 cup.
- Oyster sauce 1 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 2 table spoon.
- Water 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Soak the steamed noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.
- When the noodles become soft drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chicken cubes and fry until half tender.
- You can add 2 table spoon water.
- Add cabbage,carrot and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles,salt,black pepper and 2 table spoon water and stir it.
