It is for 5 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.
Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken into cubes 1/2 kg.
- Chopped celery 1 cup.
- Chopped carrot 1 cup.
- Crushed garlic 1 tea spoon.
- Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Honey 2 table spoon.
- Water 1-1/2 cup.
- Steamed green round beans 1 cup.
- Dried apricots 1/4 cup.
- Potato into cubes 1 cup.
- Peas 1 cup.
- Pineapple slices 1 cup.
- Take the fry pan and heat the oil.
- Add chicken cubes and fry for 3 minutes and transfer in the bowl.
- Add the celery and carrot in the fry pan and cook for 5 minutes,then add salt,garlic and ginger ,cumin powder and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the potato cubes,peas,dried apricot,water and cook on medium to low heat until tender.
- Stir in the chicken,steamed green round beans and black pepper powder and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Stir in the butter and honey and cook until butter dissolve.
- Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with pineapple slices.
