It is for 3 serving and will be ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:-
- Egg 6.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Crushed garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
- Chopped ginger 1/2 tea spoon.
- Red chili 1 in thinly sliced.
- Green onion 1 in thinly sliced.
- Beansprouts,trimmed 2 table spoon.
- Oyster sauce 2 table spoon.
- Chines salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1.
- Milk 2 table spoon.
- Crushed Cheese 1/2 cup.
- Take a bowl and mix beansprouts,onion,red chili,salt,green chili, black pepper .
- Take a bowl and beat the eggs.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and beat well.
- Add oyster sauce and 2 table spoon milk and beat again for 20 seconds.
- Mix in first bowl.
- Heat the half oil in a fry pan and pour half of the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle over the half cheese and fry and place in the plate.
- Heat remaining oil and fry remaining half mixture.
- Place it in a plate.
