Almond Keema with Peas and Eggs

This tasty recipe is become more tasty with almonds and eggs.on the get together party it will like by every one.Almonds may reduce the risk of heart disease. Many of the nutrients in almonds help contribute to increased heart health. For one almonds are rich in magnesium, which is critical in preventing heart attacks and hypertension.Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk This recipe is for 8 serving and will take time for ready 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Peas 2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 6.
How to cook:-
  1. Cook the minced with garlic paste,onion,salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes,green chili,ginger paste and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. If need add 1 cup of water. 
  4. Add oil and fry minced for 3 minutes,then add red pepper powder,mustard powder,garam masala,coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until minced leave oil.
  6. Add peas and 1 cup of water and cook until peas tender and leave oil.
  7. Fry the almonds in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  8. Put the keema in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fried almonds.
  9. Cut the eggs in 2 parts and pour over the minced.
