Ingredients:-
- Minced 1 kg.
- Peas 2 cup.
- Chopped onion 3.
- Chopped tomatoes 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Almonds 1 cup.
- Boiled eggs 6.
- Cook the minced with garlic paste,onion,salt for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes,green chili,ginger paste and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- If need add 1 cup of water.
- Add oil and fry minced for 3 minutes,then add red pepper powder,mustard powder,garam masala,coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until minced leave oil.
- Add peas and 1 cup of water and cook until peas tender and leave oil.
- Fry the almonds in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Put the keema in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fried almonds.
- Cut the eggs in 2 parts and pour over the minced.
