Ingredients:-
- Garlic juice 1 cup without water.
- Apple vinegar 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1 cup.
- Ginger juice 1 cup without water.
- Honey 2 cup.
- Cardamoms powder 1 tea spoon.
- Cook garlic and ginger juice,lemon juice,vinegar,cardamoms in mud pot until it leave half.
- Remove from the heat and leave for cool.
- Mix in the honey and pour in clean and dry glass jar.
- Take 2 table spoon in 1 cup hot water every morning before 1/2 half of breakfast.
- You can take it 2 time in a day.
