- Mango ice cream 2 cup.
- Egg 3.
- Oil 4 table spoon.
- Water 1-1/3 cup.
- Chocolate cake mix 1 medium package.
- Oreo cookies 20.
- Sugar powder 3 table spoon.
- Crushed almonds 2 table spoon.
- Make chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Grease the 12 by 15 inch jelly roll pan and pour the chocolate mixture in it.
- Spread out a kitchen towel and sprinkle it lightly with sugar powder.
- Bake it for 15 minutes on 250 degree.
- Transfer the loosen edges of cake from the oven and turn it over into the towel.
- Roll the cake up from short end to short end with the towel.
- Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
- Crush the 15 cookies .
- Unroll the cake and spread over the ice cream.
- Cover with crushed cookies.
- Roll the cake back up with the towel and place on the serving plate.
- Freeze the cake in freezer for 2-3 hour.
- Before serving garnish with oreo cookies and sprinkle over the sugar powder and crushed almonds.
