Yogurt Ginger Chicken

 This ginger  yogurt chicken is so tasty and delicious.it is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Grated ginger 2 cup.
  How to cook:-
  1. Wash the chicken.
  2. Beat the yogurt and mix in the salt,red and black pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,lemon juice,mustard powder,olive oil and marinate the chicken and leave  for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the chicken on high flame until its water dry and leave the oil.
  4. Add butter,ginger,green chili and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Sprinkle over the coriander leaves and pour in a serving bowl
Serve with nan and mint yogurt:-
