Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Grated ginger 2 cup.
- Wash the chicken.
- Beat the yogurt and mix in the salt,red and black pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,lemon juice,mustard powder,olive oil and marinate the chicken and leave for 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken on high flame until its water dry and leave the oil.
- Add butter,ginger,green chili and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Sprinkle over the coriander leaves and pour in a serving bowl
