Ingredients:-
- Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
- Chopped onion 1.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Egg 1.
- Olive oil 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Cold water 2 cup.
- Wonton wrapper 30.
- Take a bowl and combined the minced,soy sauce,salt,black pepper powder,olive oil,chopped onion,chopped green chili,egg well.
- Take a 1 wonton wrapper and place 1 table spoon of batter on the center.
- Moisten 2 adjacent edges of the wrapper with cold water and fold into a triangle.
- Connect the other 2 lower points of the wrapper and moisten to seal and make a hat shape.
- Make all the wonton same.
- Boil the half pan of water and stir in the wonton.
- Add 1/2 cup cold water and allow it to boil.
- Again add 1/2 cup cold water and allow it to boil.
- Drain them and pour in a dish.
