These rice will be ready in 40 minutes and for 8 serving.
Ingredients"-
- Rice 1/2 kg,
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Yogurt 3/4 cup.
- Small cardamom 6.
- Sugar 4 cup.
- Butter 2 cup.
- Boiled almonds 1/2 cup.
- Boiled pistachious 1/2 cup.
- Kaju 1/4 cup.
- Colored ashrafies 2 cups.
- Boiled eggs 2.
- Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.
- Take half pan of water and boiled the rice until half cooked.
- Take another pan and cook chicken with garlic cloves .
- Add the yogurt and cook until it dry .
- Cook on low heat until it tender.
- Add the butter in a pan and fry the cardamom for 30 seconds.
- Add colord ashrafies sugar,almonds,pistachious,kaju and cook until sugar melt.
- Add chicken and rice and stir well.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame.
- Pour in the serving dish and garnish with boiled eggs.
