Keema Puiao

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb mince 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Chopped tomato 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato slices 2 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Brown rice 2 glass.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Lemon slice of 2..
  • Cucumber slices for garnish.
How to cook:-
  1. Wash and soak the rice.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add mince,salt and cook until it dry.
  6. Add red pepper powder,garam masala,green chili and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add some water and cook for 20-30 minutes or until it tender.
  8. Add coriander leaves,lemon slices and 4 glass of water.
  9. After boil the  water add rice and cook on medium heat until water dry.
  10. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes .
  11. Pour in the serving dish and garnish with salad leaves and cucumber slices.
