Ingredients:-
- Lamb mince 1 kg.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Chopped tomato 2.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Tomato slices 2 cup.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Brown rice 2 glass.
- Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Lemon slice of 2..
- Cucumber slices for garnish.
- Wash and soak the rice.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minutes.
- Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mince,salt and cook until it dry.
- Add red pepper powder,garam masala,green chili and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add some water and cook for 20-30 minutes or until it tender.
- Add coriander leaves,lemon slices and 4 glass of water.
- After boil the water add rice and cook on medium heat until water dry.
- Cook on low heat for 5 minutes .
- Pour in the serving dish and garnish with salad leaves and cucumber slices.
