Apple Banna Milk Shake

 Eating a diet rich in  fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain types of cancers.It is so healthy shake.

Ingredients:-
  • Apple 2.
  • Banana 2.
  • Milk 2 glass.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Almonds 11.
  • Ice cubes.
How to make:-
  1. Blend the apple,banana,almonds,sugar in milk with juicer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in glasses and serve.
