Apple Banna Milk Shake
Eating a diet rich in fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain types of cancers.It is so healthy shake.
Ingredients:-
Apple 2.
Banana 2.
Milk 2 glass.
Sugar 1/2 cup.
Almonds 11.
Ice cubes.
How to make:-
Blend the apple,banana,almonds,sugar in milk with juicer for 5 minutes.
Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 seconds.
Pour in glasses and serve.
