Ingredients:-
- Mutton 1 kg.
- Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
- Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Tomato slices 4 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Fresh chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
- Add mutton,garlic paste and salt in a pan and cook the mutton until its water dry.
- Add ginger paste,red pepper powder, mustard powder and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add 2 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add tomatoes slices and cook until it tender.
- Add butter,green chili,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil.
- Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
