Carrot ka Halwa with Khoya and Almonds

Carrots include reduced cholesterol,prevention from heart attacks,warding off certain cancers,improving vision and reducing the signs of premature also have the ability to increase the health of your skin.this recipe is for 8 serving and will get ready in 1-1/2 hour.

  • Grated carrot 3 kg.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Cardamoms 8-10.
  • Cashews 1 cup.
  • Golden raisins 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Khoya 1 kg .
  • Boiled egg 2.
How to cook:-
  1.  Heat the butter and fry the cardamoms for 1 minute.
  2. Add the grated carrots and fry until its water dry.
  3. Add the  sugar and cook until  dry.
  4. Add cashews,almonds,golden raisins,khoya and cook for 5  minutes.
  5. Pure in serving bowl and garnish with boiled eggs slices .
 Eat hot or cool as you like:-
