Ingredients:-
- Grated carrot 3 kg.
- Butter 2 cup.
- Sugar 2 cup.
- Cardamoms 8-10.
- Cashews 1 cup.
- Golden raisins 1 cup.
- Almonds 1 cup.
- Khoya 1 kg .
- Boiled egg 2.
- Heat the butter and fry the cardamoms for 1 minute.
- Add the grated carrots and fry until its water dry.
- Add the sugar and cook until dry.
- Add cashews,almonds,golden raisins,khoya and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pure in serving bowl and garnish with boiled eggs slices .
