Chicken Almond Corma with Sesame Seed

 This is a famous dish in Pakistan.with almonds it make healthy and pretty and with coriander leaves it look  good and nice.this dish is for 6-8 serving and will take time to get ready in 1 hour.
Almonds are a good source of trace minerals, including magnesium and phosphorus, which is a crucial nutrient for building and maintaining strong teeth and bones.Sesame seeds are an excellent source of copper, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, vitamin B1, selenium, and dietary fiber.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Whole green chili 4.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1bunch.
  • Fried almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and fry the onion in 2 cup of oil for 5 minutes until light brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and salt and fry until its water dry.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add red pepper,mustard powder,black pepper powder,chopped green chili.whole green chili,coriander powder and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Pour the chicken in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the fried almonds.
Serve with nan or chapati and mint raita:-
