Fruit Salad in Chocolate Dipping and Almond Peanut

Eating a diet rich in fruit may reduce risk for stroke, other cardiovascular diseases and type-2 diabetes.
A fruit containing eating pattern is part of an overall healthy diet and may protect against certain cancers. Chocolate is a Powerful Source of Antioxidants. Chocolate May Improve Blood Flow and Lower Blood Pressure.This is a wonderful way to eat fruits.I like it so much and it make quickly.You can make 15 sticks from this recipe.You can keep it in refrigerator for 1 day.


  • Pineapple chunks 15.
  • Grapes 1 cup.
  • Strawberries 15.
  • Mango slices 15.
  • Banana slices 15.
  • Gava slices 15.
  • Semi-sweet baking chocolate 1-1/2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Remove the leaves of strawberries.
  2.  Wash the fruits and dry with paper towel.
  3. Take a large pan and pour 1 inches of water and  bring to simmer on medium heat.
  4. Take 15 skew and skewer the fruit one by one of all fruits.
  5. Melt the chocolate and spoon over the fruits sticks.
  6. Prepared the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the fruits sticks.
  7. Sprinkle peanut and almonds,coconut  over the fruits sticks.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
