Spicy Mushrooms with Egg

 Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. mushroom include relief from high cholesterol levels, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and diabetes. It also helps in weight loss.This recipe is so easy to cook and tasty.it will take time for ready only 30 minutes and it is for 2 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Eggs 4.
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 1/2cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,turmeric powder and stir for 1 minute,then add 2 table spoon milk.
  4. Add the mushrooms in slices and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Add beaten egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves,green chili and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes on low heat until eggs are well done.
  6. Now stir briskly.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour in serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Serve with toast bread slices or pratha:-
