Chicken Kabab with Green Masala and Boiled Eggs

These Kebabs are so tasty and pretty.These look so nice and give taste  much.These kebabs are for 10 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken mince 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 4.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves few.
  • Cornflour 3 table spoon.
  • Egg 3.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
For green masala:-
  • Chopped green onion 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Grated ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato slices 1 cup.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
  • Fresh and chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled egg 2.
How to make kebab'-
  1. Take a big bowl and mix mince,salt,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,cornflour,yogurt,eggs,onion,green chili,coriander and mint leaves well.
  2. Take 2 table spoon of mixture and shape the round or long kebab.
  3. Make all the kebabs of the mixture.
  4. Heat the oil and   fry the kebabs golden brown each side.
How to make green masala:-
  1. Heat the oil and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger,chili,salt,black pepper powder,tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add coriander and mint leaves and stir gently.
  4. Pour in a serving dish and put over the kebabs and garnish with boiled eggs slices.
 Serve with salad and mint yogurt:-
