Ingredients:-
- Chicken mince 1 kg.
- Chopped onion 4.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves few.
- Cornflour 3 table spoon.
- Egg 3.
- Yogurt 2 table spoon.
- Oil for fry.
- Chopped green onion 1 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Grated ginger 1 table spoon.
- Tomato slices 1 cup.
- Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
- Fresh and chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Boiled egg 2.
- Take a big bowl and mix mince,salt,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,cornflour,yogurt,eggs,onion,green chili,coriander and mint leaves well.
- Take 2 table spoon of mixture and shape the round or long kebab.
- Make all the kebabs of the mixture.
- Heat the oil and fry the kebabs golden brown each side.
- Heat the oil and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add ginger,chili,salt,black pepper powder,tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander and mint leaves and stir gently.
- Pour in a serving dish and put over the kebabs and garnish with boiled eggs slices.
