Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
- Rice 300 gram.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Spinach 1 bunch.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Onion 1.
- Green chili 4.
- Tomato 2.
- Water 3 glass.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Chicken cubes 2.
How to cook:
- Cut the spinach and wash well.
- Boiled the spinach for 20 minutes and stain it.
- Cut the tomato in long size.
- Sock the rice in water.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until its color change.
- Add ,green chili,salt,red pepper,black pepper,garam masala and stir it.
- After 2 minutes add water.
- When water and chicken cubes boiled add the rice.
- When dry the water add tomato and spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
Mix the rice and serve:
