Ingredients:-
- Lamb meat 1 kg.
- Broth of lamb foot 3 glass.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Garam masala 1 table spoon.
- Zeera 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder.1 tea spoon.
- Corn flour 2 table spoon.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Boiled egg.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
- Add meat,garlic and ginger paste,salt,and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil.
- Add 1 glass of water and broth and cook on low heat until meat tender.
- When meat tender add zeera and garam masala and leave for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the meat slowly and stir it.
- When it become thick remove from the heat.
- Pour in serving bowl and garnish with boiled egg and chopped ginger and green chili.
