Strawberry Vanilla Cream Cake

 This  cake is so delicious and tasty and look very pretty.strawberries you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C). this is for 12 serving and make in 2 hours.but it will take time to get cool.


Ingredients:-

For cake:-
  • Butter1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 6 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs whites 6.
  • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
  •  
How to make:-
  1. Take the 2 by 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
  3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Set the aside.
  5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  8. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  9. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
  10. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
For strawberry filling:-
  • Strawberry 2 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and cook the strawberry on medium heat.
  2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
For butter cream:-
  • Milk cup 1/2.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 4 cups.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:- 
  1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
  2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes. 
Decorate the cake with strawberry filling and top with butter cream:-
 

Mango Chocolate Ice Cream Cake with Oreo

  Mango ice cream is like by any  age of the  person and with chocolate it give much taste.
Chocolate helps lower blood pressure, lower "bad" LDL cholesterol and a lower risk of heart disease. One of the reasons dark chocolate is especially heart-healthy is its inflammation-fighting properties, which reduce cardiovascular risk.With almonds it look pretty.This cake can eat 10 person and it will be ready in 1 hour but take time for cold.
  • Mango ice cream 2 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Oil 4 table spoon.
  • Water 1-1/3 cup.
  • Chocolate cake mix 1 medium package.
  • Oreo cookies 20.
  • Sugar powder 3 table spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Make chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Grease the 12 by 15 inch jelly roll pan and pour the chocolate mixture in it.
  3. Spread out a kitchen towel and sprinkle it lightly with sugar powder.
  4. Bake it for 15 minutes on 250 degree.
  5. Transfer the loosen edges of cake from the oven and turn it over into the towel.
  6. Roll the cake up from short end to short end with the towel.
  7. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  8. Crush the 15 cookies .
  9. Unroll the cake and spread over the ice cream.
  10. Cover with crushed cookies.
  11. Roll the cake back up  with the towel and place on the serving plate.
  12. Freeze the cake in freezer for 2-3 hour.
  13. Before serving garnish with oreo cookies and sprinkle over the sugar powder and crushed almonds.

Chocolata Vanilla Butter Cookies

  you eat a piece of chocolate, you may not have to feel overly guilty about it. Despite its bad reputation for causing weight gain, These cookies are really good and tasty and makes in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baling soda 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • Smooth butter 3/4 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Unwrapped chocolate cookies 30.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and sift together the flour,salt and baking soda.
  2. Take another bowl and pour in the 3/4 cup sugar.
  3. Combined the remaining sugar,brown sugar,peanut butter and butter in stand mixer bowl and beat for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat.
  5. Add vanilla extract and beat for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in flour mixture and just combined.
  7. Roll the dough into walnut-size balls.
  8. Roll the balls in sugar and arrange on the 2 baking sheets.
  9. Leave about 2 inches space between cookies.
  10. Bake them between the upper and lower racks about halfway through baking until just starting to brown about 8-10 minutes.
  11. Remove the cookies from the oven and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each.
  12. Cool the cookies on baking sheets for 10 minutes,then transfer on wire rack for cool.
You con store in airtight jar for 3 days;-

Mutanjan

 This is so tasty rice and eat at dinner time as a sweet dish.
These rice will be ready in 40 minutes and for 8 serving.

Ingredients"-
  • Rice 1/2 kg,
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup.
  • Small cardamom 6.
  • Sugar 4 cup.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  • Boiled almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled pistachious 1/2 cup.
  • Kaju 1/4 cup.
  • Colored ashrafies 2 cups.
  • Boiled eggs 2.
How to cook:-
  1.  Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.
  2. Take half pan of  water and boiled the rice  until half cooked.
  3. Take another pan and cook chicken with garlic cloves .
  4. Add the yogurt and cook until it dry .
  5. Cook on low heat until it tender.
  6. Add the butter in a pan and fry the cardamom for 30 seconds.
  7. Add colord ashrafies sugar,almonds,pistachious,kaju and cook until sugar melt.
  8. Add chicken and rice and stir well.
  9. Cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame.
  10. Pour in the serving dish and garnish with boiled eggs.

Cheese Butter Omelette with Mushrooms

 Cheese contains a host of nutrients like calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B12. Calcium is one of the nutrients most likely to be lacking in the American diet.Mushrooms and butter make this omelette pretty and tasty.This omelette is  for   4 person and make in 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Eggs 6.
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander and mint leaves  few.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mushrooms 6.
  • Butter 4 inch cube.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl well and mix 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper in it.
  2. Add onion,green chili,coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.
  4. Heat the butter in the fry pan and fry mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  5. Add olive oil and 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  6. Fry it until golden.
  7. Add eggs and spread them in fry pan.
  8. When the omelette being to ready sprinkle over the cheddar.
  9. With a spatula fold the omelette in half.
  10. When it start to turn golden brown,remove the pan from the heat.
  11. Pour it in serving plate .

  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup.

  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped yellow bell pepper 2 table spoon.
  • Oregano 2 table spoon.
  • Spicy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped capsicums 2 table spoon.

How to make:-
  1. Spread pizza sauce on every pizza base.

Sweet and Sour Grilled Salmon Steak

It is an excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals (including potassium, selenium and vitamin  .It will be ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients:-

Salmon steaks  4 (1 inch thick).
Olive oil 2 table spoon.
Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
Chopped green onion 2 table spoon.
Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
Soy sauce 3/4 cup.
Honey 3 table spoon.
Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.

How to make:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper and stir.
  4.  Add soy sauce,honey and cook for 8 minutes on low heat.
  5. Season salmon steak with salt and black pepper.
  6. Oil the grill with oil.
  7. Place the salmon flesh side down and grill for 5 minutes.
  8. Pour the salmon steak in a dish and pour over the sauce and bake for 5 minutes.

Chicken Wonton

These are good in taste and will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cold water 2 cup.
  • Wonton wrapper 30.
 How to make:-
  1.  Take a bowl and combined the minced,soy sauce,salt,black pepper powder,olive oil,chopped onion,chopped green chili,egg well.
  2. Take a 1 wonton wrapper and place 1 table spoon of batter on the center.
  3. Moisten 2 adjacent edges of the wrapper with cold water and fold into a triangle.
  4. Connect the other 2 lower points of the wrapper and moisten to seal and make a hat shape.
  5. Make all the wonton same.
  6. Boil the half pan of water and stir in the wonton.
  7. Add 1/2 cup cold water and allow it to boil.
  8. Again add 1/2 cup cold water and allow it to boil.
  9. Drain them and  pour in a dish.
Serve with ketchup:-


Chines Noodles

This recipe is quickly ready and it is a delicious dish .it will be ready in 15 minutes and for 2 serving.


 Ingredients;-
  • Steamed chines noodles 2 cup.
  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg into long slices.
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Shredded cabbage 1/2 cup.
  • Shredded carrot 1/4 cup.
  • Oyster sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  • Water 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1.  Soak the steamed noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. When the noodles become soft  drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken cubes and fry until half tender.
  5. You can add 2 table spoon water.
  6. Add cabbage,carrot and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the noodles,salt,black pepper and 2 table spoon water and stir it.
Serve with ketchup:-





Crunchy Almond Chicken with Cherry Tomato

 This crunchy chicken is so delicious and healthy food with almonds.this recipe is for 5 serving and will take time to get ready 45 minutes.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Cherry tomatoes 1 kg.
  • Mayonnaise 1/ 2 cup.
  • Panko bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 2 cup.
  • Chopped tarragon leaves 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1  tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in 4 by 6 inch pieces.
  2.  Take a deep plate and combine the bread crumbs,almonds,1/2 tarragon.
  3. Marinate the chicken with mayonnaise,salt,red and black pepper powder,coriander powder,mustard powder ,then coat in panko coating each side.
  4. Place it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Grease the oven try and bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes each side.
  6. Cut the tomatoes in half and put in a  bowl.
  7. Add olive oil,1/2 tarragon,lemon juice,1/4 tea spoon salt,1/2 tea spoon black pepper .
  8. Toss to coat and set aside.
  9. Place the chicken in serving dish and top with tomato salad.

Cheese Sandwich

 These cheese sandwich are so easy to make and quick ready.These will be ready in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  •  Bread slice 4.
  • Thick slices bacon 4.
  • Cheese 2 slice.
  • Salad leaves 2.
  • Mayonnaise 2 table spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Tomato 1 in slices.
How to make:-
  1. Cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain on chicken paper towel and set aside.
  3. Take a slice of bread on a plate.
  4. Place the 1 cheese slice on the toasted bread.
  5.  Place the 1 cheese slice 1 more slice of bread.
  6. Put the bread slices in oven until cheese melt.
  7. Spread the mayonnaise other 2 bread slices,then top with bacon,then tomato slice and salad leave.
  8. Heat the butter in fry pan and fry the eggs one by one and top on salad leave.
  9. Cover the slice with cheese slice.

Apple Jam

You're sure to spot a jar of this apple preservative on many breakfast tables. It is a fruit preserve made from the Seville orange.apple jam or marmalade is delicious on toast or on top of a yogurt parfait.This jam will be ready in 2 hours.

Ingredients:-

  • Diced ripe firm apple 4 cup.
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar 4 cup.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large kettle and combined the apple with lemon juice and 2 cup of sugar.
  2. Cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Fill a caner half-full of water,add the empty canning jars and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat.
  5. Bring a saucepan of water just to a boil
  6. Reduce the heat and add the jars lids.
  7. Do not boil the lids.
  8. In the apple add the remaining sugar,cinnamon,nutmeg and butter.
  9. Heat uncovered over medium heat,stirring often,until sugar is dissolved.
  10. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes,stirring frequently.
  11. Increase the heat to medium-high.
  12. Stirring constantly,bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.
  13. Remove from the heat and skim excess foam from the mixture.
  14. Stir in vanilla and leave the fruit mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  15. Stirring occasionally.
  16. Remove jars from the hot water,draining well.
  17. Fill them with hot fruit mixture,leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  18. Fit seals on tops of the jars.
  19. Screw on the lids firmly.
  20. Lower the jars into the water and add more very hot water so the water is 1-2 inches above the jars.
  21. Bring to a boil.
  22. Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
  23. Remove the jars from the hot water and leave for cool on a rack.
Make about 5 half-pint jars:-

  • Almonds 2 table spoon.
  • Date in slices 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Pour the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add in the sugar and mix well.
  3. Add all the fruits and mix.
  4. Sprinkle over the dates and almonds.
Serve and enjoy:-

Sweet Peanut Almond French Toast

 These toast are like by kids,They like eat them at school and at the  after play.These toast will be ready in 10 minutes.

 Ingredients:-
  • Bread slices 8.
  • Egg 4.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed almond 1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix in the milk and sugar with beater until sugar dissolve.
  2. Add egg one by one and beat well.
  3. Dip the bread slices. in milk,egg mixture each side and place in a plate.
  4. Sprinkle over the almonds and peanut and press with spoon.
  5. Heat oil and fry the slices each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour in a plate and serve hot.

Mutton with Butter

This mutton is so tasty and delicious.I like to cook this from my  guests.This dish is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato slices 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Add mutton,garlic paste and salt in a pan and cook the mutton until its water dry.
  2. Add ginger paste,red pepper powder, mustard powder and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes slices and cook until it tender.

How to cook:
  1. Cut the spinach and wash well.

  5. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add chicken and cook until its color change.

  10. When water and chicken cubes boiled add the rice.

Chicken Chadder Broccoli Soup

This soup is use as a diet food.It will be ready in 40 minutes and is for 5 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken broth 4 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Carrot 1 cut in pieces.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • All purpose flour 3/4 cup.
  • Bay leaves 2.
  • Grated nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Broccoli florets 4 cup.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Ground pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Sourdough bread bowl(in loves)  4 by 7 inch.
  • Grated white and yellow cheddar cheese 3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large pan and heat the butter.
  2. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth,bay leaves,nutmeg,salt and pepper and bring to simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes until it thick.
  6. For prepare the bread bowls with a sharp knife cut a circle into the top of each loaf leaving 1 inch border all around
  7. Remove the bread top and hollow out the middle with a fork,leaving a thick bread shell.
  8. Add the carrot and broccoli in the broth mixture and cook on low heat until it tender.
  9. Discard the bay leaves.
  10. Pour the soup in the pot an immersion blender.
  11. Add the cheese in the soup and whisk over medium heat until melted.
  12. Add water if soup is so thick.
  13. Ladle into the bread bowls and garnish with cheese.

Blueberry Chocolate Almond Ice Cream

Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert. It is usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours.Dark chocolate is a powerful source of antioxidants and may improve blood flow and lower blood pressure.It also raises HDL and protects LDL against oxidation.This ice cream is for 6-8 serving and will be make in 30 minutes but take time for chill.

Ingredients:-
  • Whole milk 1 cup.
  • Heavy cream 3-1/2 cup.
  • Blueberries 3 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate chunks 1 cup.
  •  Dark chocolate chips into small pieces.
  • Corn syrup 2 table spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.

How to make;-

  1. Take a pan  and melt the cream on medium heat and remove from the heat.
  2. Stir in chocolate pieces and corn syrup until it smooth.
  3. Leave it for cool.
  4. Take a pan and mix in the sugar,blueberries,salt on medium heat.
  5. Stir it until sugar dissolves.
  6. Cook it for 6-8 minutes on low heat,then remove from the heat and leave for cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Blend the milk,lemon juice,heavy cream in the blender for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the blueberries mixture and blend again.
  9. Chill it in refrigerator overnight.
  10. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
  11. Swirl in dark chocolate chunks and almonds into machine during  last 5 minutes of freezing.
Serve cool and enjoy:-

  4.  Take a separate bowl and mix the coffee powder,flour,salt,baking powder well.
  5. Add the butter mixture gently and mix well.
  6. Add the coconut and chocolate chips and combined.
  7. Grease  the baking sheet and  lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it.
  8. Bake it for 20 minutes on ego degree on the middle rack of the oven.

 Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Yoplait greek strawberry yogurt 3 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Crushed Almonds 1/4 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the butter and sugar with mixer.
  2. Add the yogurt and beat until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one by one and beat each time.
  4. Add vanilla extract and beat .
  5. Take a separate bowl and combine the flour,baking powder,salt,almonds well.
  6. Add the flour mixture in the eggs mixture.
  7. Grease  the 9by 6 inch baking pan and pour the batter in it.
  8. Bake it for 60-70 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Transfer the cake on rack for cool.

  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder.1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Boiled egg.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add meat,garlic and ginger paste,salt,and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil.
  4. Add 1 glass of water and broth and cook on low heat until meat tender.
  5. When meat  tender add zeera and garam masala and leave for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the meat slowly and stir it.
  7. When it become thick remove from the heat.
  8. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with boiled egg and chopped ginger and green chili.

  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
How to marinate:-

  1. Take a bowl and put in the chicken cubes.
  2. Add garlic paste,salt,garam masala,lemon juice and mix well and  set aside. 
Ingredients for sauce:-
  • Chopped onion 2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Heavy cream 3/4 cup.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
How to   make:-
  1. Take a sauce pan and heat the oil.
  2. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes or until golden.
  3. Add garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add salt,red pepper,garam masala and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add cream.
  7. Blend the puree in the blender.
  8. Transfer the puree in the pan and  bring a simmer.
  9. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  10. Stir in the butter and cream and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  11. Sprinkle over the coriander leaves.
Serve hot with nan and enjoy:-
      1. Stir in butter, taste and add more salt to taste. Serve sprinkled with cilantro, if desired.

For strawberry puree:-
  • Strawberries 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 table spoon.
 For Cake:-
  • Refined flour 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 3/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  •  Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Strawberry puree 3 table spoon.
  • Food color1 drop.

For Strawberry Frosting:-
  • Strawberry puree 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon extract 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Cream cheese 4 table spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Sugar powder 4 table spoon.
  •  Red food color 1 drop.

How to make strawberry puree:-
  1.  Mash the strawberries with back of the spoon and squeeze out the juice about 1/4 cup.
  2.  Make smooth puree with strawberries and strawberry juice in juicer.
  3. Cook the strawberries puree on medium heat until it thick.
  4. Set aside the puree. 
 How to make the cake::-
  1.  Take a bowl and mix flour,salt,sugar and baking powder and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with electric mixer until foamy.
  3. Add the sugar and beat well and set aside.
  4. Heat the milk and butter in microwave ,whisk to combine and set aside.
  5. Add flour mixture in the egg and mix until combined.
  6. Take a bowl and pour the 1 cup of  batter.
  7. Mix in the milk and butter mixture.
  8. Add it in the remaining batter.
  9. Add vanilla extract,and strawberry puree and mix until combined well.
  10. Grease the 9by 7 inch baking dish and pour the batter in it.
  11. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes on 350 degree.
For make the strawberry butter cream:-
  1. Beat the cheese cream until smooth.
  2. Add the butter,lemon extract and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add the strawberry puree and beat until blend.
  4. Add sugar and  beat  again until mix well.
  5. Cover the cake with strawberry butter cream.
  6. Fill center with lemon curd and drop of red color.

For green masala:-

  • Fresh and chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch.

How to make kebab'-
  1. Take a big bowl and mix mince,salt,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,cornflour,yogurt,eggs,onion,green chili,coriander and mint leaves well.
  2. Take 2 table spoon of mixture and shape the round or long kebab.
  3. Make all the kebabs of the mixture.
  4. Heat the oil and   fry the kebabs golden brown each side.
How to make green masala:-
  1. Heat the oil and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger,chili,salt,black pepper powder,tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add coriander and mint leaves and stir gently.

  • Eggs 4.

  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 1/2cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,turmeric powder and stir for 1 minute,then add 2 table spoon milk.
  4. Add the mushrooms in slices and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Add beaten egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves,green chili and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes on low heat until eggs are well done.
  6. Now stir briskly.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour in serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Serve with toast bread slices or pratha:-

Allu Goasht

This recipe is for 8-10 serving.it will ready in 1 hour.
Potato is healthy, and is also loaded with potassium, that is an important mineral for a lot of bodily processes. Taro also includes several calcium, vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins, in addition to magnesium, manganese and copper.it helps manages blood pressure level.

Ingredients:-
  • Meat 1 kg.
  • Potato in 2 inch pieces 1/2 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Onion 3.
  • Tomatoes 3.
  • Garlic paste.1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the onion into slices and fry in the oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the meat and cook until its water dry.
  5. Add 1 tea spoon of salt,red pepper,1/2 tea spoon mustard powder and fry for 5 minutes,then add 1glass of water and cook until meat tender.
  6. Add potatoes and 2 glass of water and cook for 8 minutes on low heat after boil.
  7. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Serve with salad, paratha or boiled rice:-

 these tenders pops are so delicious and specially kids like them to eat every time.these tender pops will be ready in 1 hour and for 4-6 serving.with sesame seeds its become crispy.


Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Butter milk 2 cup.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table powder.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bason 1/2 cup.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
 How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken in to 2 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in butter milk in a large bowl and keep t in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3.  Mix refined flour,salt,red and black pepper powder,garlic powder,garam masala and bason well.
  4. Pure the mixture over the chicken and mix well.
  5. Place them in dry and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
  6. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the chicken each side until golden.
Serve with ketchup and enjoy:-

B.BQ Chicken Sticks with Almonds and Sesame Seed

 This chicken sticks are give taste at a tea time.its easy to make and take time to get ready only 30 minutes.you can store them and fry any time.when my children come from play ground or as a lunch time at school i give them these delicious and healthy chicken sticks.these sticks are for 4 serving.


 Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • B.B.Q Sticks.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Almond 1/2 cup. 
  • Sesame seed 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in to long slices and sprinkle the salt and vinegar over it and set aside.
  2.  Chop the refined flour,salt,almond,2 table spoon oil,ginger paste,black pepper powder,sugar,soy sauce,sesame seed and make the paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken in it.
  4. Skewer the chicken in the b.b.q sticks.
  5. Take a fry pan and heat the oil and fry the chicken sticks in it until brown.

Ingredients:-
  • Grated carrot 3 kg.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Cardamoms 8-10.
  • Cashews 1 cup.
  • Golden raisins 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Khoya 1 kg .
  • Boiled egg 2.
How to cook:-
  1.  Heat the butter and fry the cardamoms for 1 minute.
  2. Add the grated carrots and fry until its water dry.
  3. Add the  sugar and cook until  dry.
  4. Add cashews,almonds,golden raisins,khoya and cook for 5  minutes.
  5. Pure in serving bowl and garnish with boiled eggs slices .

Chiness Cheese Omelette

You can make pratha roll from this omelette.It is so tasty and yummy.
It is for 3 serving and will be ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Egg 6.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped ginger 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 in thinly sliced.
  • Green onion 1 in thinly sliced.
  • Beansprouts,trimmed 2 table spoon.
  • Oyster sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Chines salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili  1.
  • Milk 2 table spoon.
  • Crushed Cheese 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix beansprouts,onion,red chili,salt,green chili, black pepper .
  2. Take a bowl and beat the eggs.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and beat well.
  4. Add oyster sauce and 2 table spoon milk and beat again for 20 seconds.
  5. Mix in first bowl.
  6. Heat the half oil in a fry pan and pour  half of the egg mixture.
  7. Sprinkle over the half cheese and fry and place in the plate.
  8. Heat remaining oil and fry remaining half mixture.
  9. Place it in a plate.
Serve with pratha or bread:

Ingredients:-

  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Peas 1 cup.
  • Potato in cubes 1 cup.
  • Carrot in small pieces 1.
  • Egg 2.
  • Onion in slices 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch..
  • Fresh mint leaves few.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a big pan and heat the oil.
  3. Add onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add peas and some water and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add tomato and carrot slices and cook for 5 minutes or until potato and carrot tender.
  8. Add salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,green chili,coriander and mint leaves and fry for 2 minutes,then set aside.
  9. Beat the eggs with 1 pinch of salt and set a side.
  10. Boil the rice in water and drain them.
  11. Mix vegetables in the rice and mix them.
  12. Cook the rice for 5 minutes on low heat .
  13. Pour the rice in a serving dish and sprinkle over the peanut and garnish with fry eggs.
 Serve wit yogurt and enjoy:-

Pineapple Vanilla Cream chocolate Cake

- Pineapple is source of important vitamins and minerals such as thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6,Children also like it and want to eat.It is easy recipe and make in 1 hour but take time for freeze.

Ingredients;-

  • Refined flour 3 cup.
  • Sugar 3 cup.
  • Egg 3 beaten.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Crushed pine apple can medium.
  • Chocolate chip 1 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix flour,sugar,salt,eggs,baking powder and crushed pine apple with juice in a large bowl well.
  2. Pour it in long baking dish.
  3. Top with chocolate chip and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
For frosting;-
  • Philadelphia cream cheese 1 -1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 stick.
  • Vanilla 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 3 cup. 
 How to make;-

  1.  Mix well all things and pour over warm cake.
  2. Keep it in freezer and serve cool.

  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 6.
How to cook:-
  1. Cook the minced with garlic paste,onion,salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes,green chili,ginger paste and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. If need add 1 cup of water. 
  4. Add oil and fry minced for 3 minutes,then add red pepper powder,mustard powder,garam masala,coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until minced leave oil.
  6. Add peas and 1 cup of water and cook until peas tender and leave oil.
  7. Fry the almonds in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  8. Put the keema in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fried almonds.
  9. Cut the eggs in 2 parts and pour over the minced.

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1bunch.
  • Fried almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and fry the onion in 2 cup of oil for 5 minutes until light brown.

  5. Add red pepper,mustard powder,black pepper powder,chopped green chili.whole green chili,coriander powder and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Pour the chicken in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the fried almonds.

Poorie Channa and Halwa

This is so famous dish in Pakistan and liked by any age of peoples.This  recipe is for 5-6 serving and will be ready in 2 hours. On Sunday most people eat this breakfast.
 
Ingredients for Halwa:-
 
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Ghee 1 cup.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Water 2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.

For Channa:-
 
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin seed 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard seed 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Curry leaves 2.
  • Chopped tomato 2.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Boiled chickpeas 2 cup.
  • Boiled potatoes in cubes 2 cup.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves.
For pooris:-
 
  •  Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Atta flour 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 pinch.
  • Oil 3 table spoon.
  • Warm water for kneading.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make Halwa:-
  1. Blend the milk,water,sugar ,saffron color in blender.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the semolina until color start to change.
  3. Stirring often  and mix in the saffron sugar milk.
  4. Stir in cardamom powder and cook until it leave oil.
  5. Add almonds and pour in a serving bowl.
For make the channa:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry cumin seed and mustard seed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add garlic paste,curry leaves,green chili,chopped tomatoes and cook until it dry.
  3. Add red pepper powder,salt and cook for 3 minutes ,then add chickpeas and potatoes.
  4. Add 1 cup water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  5. Add lemon juice garam masala and coriander leaves and pour in a serving bowl.
How to make pooris:-
  1.  Knead the soft dough of flour,salt,baking soda,oil,yogurt with warm water.
  2. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Make 4 inches diameter roll of dough.
  4. Heat the oil,make the poori of roll and put in hot oil.
  5. Immediately splashing hot oil over the top of it with spoon.
  6. Gently press down on the poori with the back of a wooden spoon.
  7. Cook it until golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

Chocolate Strawberry Vanilla Cake

 If you're not already a fan of strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C).chocolate is especially heart-healthy is its inflammation-fighting properties, which reduce cardiovascular risk.This cake is for 10 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients;-
  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Caster sugar 1 cup.
  • Icing sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Boiling water 2 table spoon.
  • Strawberries for decorate.
How to make:-
  1.  Beat the 1/2 cup butter and caster sugar until pale and creamy.
  2. Add egg one by one and beat.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Fold in refined flour and milk.
  5. Divide the mixture into 2 part
  6. Stir 1 table spoon cocoa powder in 1 part.
  7. Grease the deep baking pan with butter and pour the cocoa powder mixture into the pan,then pour the other mixture over the cocoa powder mixture.
  8. Bake it for 45-50 minutes on 250 degree.
  9. Cool it on wire rack.
  10. Take a bowl and combine icing sugar,2 table spoon cocoa powder,2 tea spoon melted butter.
  11. Stir in boiling water and mix well.
  12. Pour over the cake.
  13. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries.
